All products are shipped domestically from the United States. Our warehouse typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order. For most standard orders, it takes 3-6 business days for delivery.
If you’d like to receive the products sooner, you can choose products from the Best Selling category. All products in this category are well-stocked and can be processed and shipped within 1-2 days, with delivery taking 2-4 business days.

After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
You can track your order via the order fulfillment notification email we send you upon purchase.
If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to verify within 30 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, you must contact customer service within 60 days of the order date.

All in-store products come with free shipping unless otherwise stated. Also, you will not be charged sales tax on all purchases from our store unless otherwise stated.

Express delivery is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
The product processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the store contingent of the individual product.
What is the processing time?
The item’s processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product’s quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: e.g. material quality, seams, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes within 24 hours of business day for us to process your order.
Factors affecting the processing time.
However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 1-3 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.
