This back brace has brought certain and sure relief from my lower and upper back pain. As I have not had this brace but a few weeks, I am still trying to discover what works best. Presently, I put it on early in the morning and keep it on for approximately 1-1/2 hours. Put it on midafternoon for another 1 to 2 hours. This routine is providing considerable relieve from early morning backache, and simultaneously making marked improvement in my posture.
I went into this, not expecting to be cured of back problems, but to lessen the impact of 87 years of wear and tear. So far I am not disappointed.

Due to swelling as arthritis on knee effected my leg, found it difficult to get Plus size comfortable strap in uk. Saw this and ordered one.Wow such fabulous quality and comfortable. Very reasonable price as well. Was so impressed, ordered a back up in case I ever need one my other knee.

Nice bra, has been very helpful. Only complaint is that it folds up in your armpit. We are trying to modify it with a strap to pull out of there.
