I bought this bilateral brace because my right hip/glute tends to drop. It's fully adjustable, you can really tighten it where you need to, and I even flip it sometimes to support my left side. It's not super tight, more of a thin, flexible layer I wear under my heavier belt for extra support during sleep or light activity. Takes some adjusting to get the angle right over my SI joint, but once it's set, it stays. I'm already planning to buy a second one for backup. It's that useful and totally worth it.
