How to Adjust Elbow Brace？
1. Place the elbow brace over the arm, making sure the center of the brace is aligned with the elbow joint. Take care that the curved portion of the brace fits in the natural direction of the elbow.
2. If your brace has Velcro or straps to hold it in place, gently fit or strap it in place without pulling it tight. This step is to see if you are wearing them incorrectly.
3. Check the fit of the adjustable elbow brace against the skin around the elbow, the brace should fit snugly around the elbow. However, be careful not to tie them too tightly so as not to affect blood circulation. Adjust the tightness slowly according to your needs.
4. After the adjustment is completed, move your elbow, do some simple bending and stretching motions, and check whether the elbow protector will be shifted during the exercise. If it shifts, it needs to be readjusted until the brace maintains a good position and proper support even during elbow movement.
