Back Pain Guide

Back pain is one of the most common musculoskeletal complaints, affecting people of all ages and activity levels. Whether caused by poor posture, muscle strain, or underlying spinal conditions, back pain can significantly impact daily movement, work performance, and overall quality of life.
Your back is a complex structure made up of bones, muscles, ligaments, discs, and nerves that work together to support your body and enable movement. Because it bears much of your body weight and is involved in nearly every motion—lifting, bending, twisting—it is particularly vulnerable to injury and overuse.
Common Symptoms of Back Pain
Back pain can present in different ways depending on the underlying cause. You may experience a dull, constant ache or sudden, sharp pain that worsens with movement. Stiffness, reduced flexibility, and difficulty standing upright or bending are also common.
