Order to sizes on the chart. When it came back its huge. I can do it up as tight as i can and when i stsnc its on the floor

I'm finding this very helpful in reducing pain and giving support. Only problem does not give any indication as to how long to wear it at a time. It very good product.
This brace works on back and shoulders - double coverage. It's a good solution for me. When you place your order keep in mind that they run smaller than listed. I'm a medium, but ordered large, just in case, but even the large was too small, so I opted for an echange - moving up to an XL, and even that is snug. It’s well made and should stretch some within a couple of month. The staff were helpful and responsive. My only complaint is how long it takes to arrive, but it's worth the wait which I could only accept once it arrived. I'd order it again.
Seems to be okay once you teach yourself how to put it on. The only thing I would suggest is padding the shoulder straps up by the top, near your rotator cuff. They really start to hurt after awhile. I used some foam rubber to pad mine. It helped a great deal.
