Knee pain can be caused by all sorts of injuries and conditions. Regardless, pain often limits your ability to do the activities you love.
Generally, proprioception decreases as you become more fatigued. Injuries are more likely to happen when you feel fatigued, partly because that is when you have less control over your movements.
