This back brace has brought certain and sure relief from my lower and upper back pain. As I have not had this brace but a few weeks, I am still trying to discover what works best. Presently, I put it on early in the morning and keep it on for approximately 1-1/2 hours. Put it on midafternoon for another 1 to 2 hours. This routine is providing considerable relieve from early morning backache, and simultaneously making marked improvement in my posture.
I went into this, not expecting to be cured of back problems, but to lessen the impact of 87 years of wear and tear. So far I am not disappointed.
