I saw this brace elbow for the pain that I have currently from lifting weights and I just received it the only thing that I wish it had was that the middle mesh would stretch so I can pull the brace up a little more and it wouldn't feel a little tight when lifting I think you might have to one sizes up let's see how this hold up.
